VF Lift — Developed by Dr Sin Yong, Presented at CLASSYS APAC 2026
The VF Lift (Vertical Facelift) protocol was developed by Dr Sin Yong and presented at the CLASSYS APAC 2026 International Conference — shared with an international audience of physicians and dermatologists from across the Asia-Pacific region. This recognition by CLASSYS, a medical device manufacturer, reflects the clinical innovation and reproducible methodology that have established the VF Lift as a distinct, protocol-level approach to non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Dr Sin Yong is an International Key Opinion Leader for CLASSYS and has trained practitioners in the VF Lift methodology internationally.
The VF Lift can also lift the nasolabial folds, jowls and droopy upper eyes, and is used as a non-surgical alternative to blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) where suitable. By lifting and firming the upper-eye area, it can help address upper-eyelid heaviness and puffiness without surgery.
The VF Lift — Vertical Facelift — is not a fixed protocol applied the same way to every patient. It is a fully customised treatment that Dr Sin Yong designs individually based on what each face specifically needs. This distinguishes it from a single-device HIFU, RF or ultherapy Singapore treatment, which delivers one form of energy at one depth profile. The VF Lift is not an Ultherapy protocol — it is a fully bespoke non-surgical facelift Singapore treatment that is calibrated zone by zone to the individual anatomy, addressing lifting, reduction and restoration in one coordinated protocol.
Most patients present with a combination of concerns — some areas that need lifting, some that need reducing, and some that need volume restoration. The VF Lift addresses all three in one coordinated protocol, calibrated zone by zone.
There are no standard protocols. No packages. Just a thorough assessment of each patient's face and a treatment designed specifically for what that face needs.
- Volnewmer
- Monopolar radiofrequency at 6.78 MHz (CLASSYS) — bulk dermal heating with active cooling of the skin surface
- Focused ultrasound
- Optional adjunct — added only where the assessment finds laxity at the SMAS that the radiofrequency pass does not reach
- Target plane
- Dermis and subdermal planes throughout; the SMAS at approximately 4.5 mm where an ultrasound pass is added
- Thermal effect
- Focal coagulation at approximately 60–70 °C, prompting a collagen response
- VF Lift sequence
- Volumetric radiofrequency heating planned zone by zone, with a focused-ultrasound pass added only where the anatomy calls for it
- Classification
- Non-invasive energy-based devices — no incisions, no injected product
