Time Freeze cost depends on what the assessment finds, not on a menu. The zones on your plan, the passes each needs, whether the Sculpting mode is directed at compact fat or settled filler, and whether another protocol is combined all shape the fee. Singapore's rules restrict how medical fees are advertised, so no figure appears here. A written, itemised quote follows examination.

Singapore's rules for medical advertising restrict how doctors may publish fees, and Time Freeze is a clear case of why a figure before examination would mean little. The same protocol can be a single zone along the jowl, a full face and neck, or a body area, and the first question is whether a laser is the right tool at all. A lean face is usually planned with the VF Lift – Vertical Facelift instead, and marked skin excess is referred for a surgical opinion.
So the fee follows the plan. Every quote is written and itemised, given after the consultation and never before, and the consultation can end with no treatment recommended. No packages are sold on the day, and a quote can be taken home. The practice-wide rules are on how fees are quoted; who suits the protocol is on Time Freeze Laser LCLR® suitability.
The plainest driver is how many zones are on the plan and what each needs. Dr Sin Yong calibrates wavelength, fluence and treatment vector zone by zone: lifting parameters where tissue needs tightening, Sculpting-mode parameters where sagged fat or settled filler is targeted, and skin-quality parameters for fine lines and pores. The neck is often treated in the same session as the face where indicated, so the jawline, under-chin and neck are planned together.

| Zone on the plan | What Time Freeze is directed at | What moves the plan |
|---|---|---|
| Jowls and jawline | Dermal laxity; compact jowl fat with the Sculpting mode | How much is laxity and how much is fat; one side or both |
| Beside the nasolabial fold | Mid-face laxity above the fold; sagged fat beside it | Whether filler already sits in the fold |
| Under the chin and neck | Loose, crepey skin; compact submental fat | Skin thickness; whether the face is treated in the same plan |
| Upper lids, brow and under-eye | Lax lid skin and fine periorbital skin, set conservatively | Whether the cause is skin, brow position or ptosis |
| Body areas | Laxity over a thin layer of fat; point-zone fat refinement | Size of the area and how many zones it holds |
The quote names the zones rather than giving a single whole-face figure, so you can see what each part of the plan is for.
“I can tell you what decides the fee before I see you. I cannot tell you the fee itself until I know which zones are lax, which are heavy and which should be left alone.”
Dr Sin YongOn how Time Freeze is quoted
Whether the Sculpting mode is used is one of the named fee factors, and the quote names the zones where it is planned. It is directed at compact fat that has sagged into the jowl, under the chin or beside the nasolabial fold, and at settled product: excess collagen stimulator such as PCL, PLLA, PDLLA or CaHA, layered fillers and excess fat graft. These cannot be dissolved, so the excess has to be remodelled instead.
Where filler or fat graft is involved, Dr Sin Yong maps each deposit with ultrasound before any energy is delivered, locating it and measuring its size and depth. He performs the scan himself. The map decides whether the Sculpting mode is the right tool, where it is directed and what is left alone, so it shapes the quote as well as the treatment. Hyaluronic acid on the map is usually dissolved with hyaluronidase rather than treated with the laser, and that is quoted as its own line. How the mode is used on lumps is set out on the Sculpting mode of Time Freeze Laser LCLR®.
Many faces need more than one mechanism, and each is quoted as its own line. Time Freeze Laser LCLR® can be used together with the VF Lift – Vertical Facelift on the same face: Time Freeze where an area is puffy or heavy, the VF Lift where it is lean or has lost support. Platysma bands or lines of movement may need botulinum toxin, and crepey skin is often paired with skin boosters. A combined plan says which part does what and in what order.
Review is part of the plan rather than an add-on. Whether further sessions are useful is decided at review, according to how the skin has responded, not to a fixed schedule. At that visit each zone is examined, any remaining excess is mapped where filler or graft was targeted, and the need for filler is reassessed. The next zone or pass is planned then, or nothing further is advised. What the review looks for is set out on Time Freeze results.
A written quote names the treatment and the zones, the device, whether a combination is proposed and why, the review that follows, and what is not included. When comparing Time Freeze with laser lifting offered elsewhere, compare what is being done rather than the label:
The double chin and neck have their own factors, set out on double chin treatment cost factors.

WhatsApp Dr Sin Yong →or use the enquiry formYou can ask, and the clinic will explain how the fee is built for the area you describe. A firm figure follows examination, because the zones, the passes and whether the Sculpting mode is needed are known once Dr Sin Yong has seen the face or body. The quote is written and itemised, and the consultation also decides whether treatment is advised at all.
The quote names each zone on the plan rather than giving one figure. The neck is often treated in the same session as the face where indicated, so the jawline, under-chin and neck are planned together, and each is listed. That way you can see what each part of the plan is for, and leave a zone out if you prefer.
Whether the Sculpting mode is used is one of the factors that shape the fee, because it is planned zone by zone for compact fat or settled product. Where filler or fat graft is involved, ultrasound mapping comes first. The quote names the zones where the mode is planned, so it is clear what is being treated and why.
No packages are sold on the day, and no decision is needed at the first visit. Whether further sessions are useful is decided at review, according to how the tissue has responded, rather than booked in advance. A quote can be taken home, and the plan can include no treatment.
Because the plan is built for one face. A lean face may be planned with the VF Lift – Vertical Facelift instead, a heavy jowl may need the Sculpting mode, and earlier filler may need mapping first. The same treatment name can carry different fees for different people, and that reflects what is actually being done.
