This hub lists every page on drsinyong.com about problems after fat grafting or liposuction: a face that looks overfilled or puffy after a fat transfer, lumps, a graft that grew with weight gain, loose skin after liposuction, dents and uneven BBL results. Dr Sin Yong separates excess graft, filler, leftover fat, laxity and dents first, because each is treated differently. Excess graft and superficial fat are reduced with the Time Freeze Laser LCLR®, laxity is tightened with the VF Lift, and dents and marked skin excess are referred to surgeons.

Not like filler. Grafted fat that has taken is living tissue, so hyaluronidase has no effect. An excess can be reduced from the surface with energy-based treatment, or removed with microliposuction when it is large and stable.
Liposuction removes fat but does not tighten skin. Whether the skin retracts depends on age, skin quality, stretch marks and previous weight change.
An assessment that separates excess graft, filler, loose skin, leftover fat and dents, because each is treated differently. Ultrasound helps where filler may also be present.
Yes. Microliposuction is regulated as liposuction: it must be performed by an MOH-accredited doctor in an approved setting, with a cooling-off period before surgery.
