Body contouring and aesthetic culture — achieving your ideal silhouette without surgery.
This hub was built around three short articles on bra bulge, thighs and love handles, written when body contouring on this site meant one device and one idea. The thinking has since moved into full treatment pages, each of which starts with the same question those early posts skipped: is the bulge pinchable fat, loose skin, or something a device cannot reach. Fat under the skin can be cooled, heated or treated with laser lipolysis; loose skin needs radiofrequency directed at the dermis; visceral fat and separated abdominal muscles need medical review or physiotherapy rather than a handpiece. Dr Sin Yong examines fat, laxity and muscle before naming a protocol, and none of the treatments below is a weight-loss programme. The surviving article from this series is listed first, followed by the pages that now carry the subject properly. Each is written to be read on its own, so start with the area that concerns you.
The companion series on the face, eye bags and the double chin is under treatment guides from the earlier series.
