How It Works
Filler or biostimulator agents are injected at specific points along the nasal bridge, tip and base to create a straighter, more projected or more refined nose. Strategic placement can visually reduce a dorsal hump, lift the nasal tip, improve bridge height and enhance facial harmony — without surgical intervention.
Products — Radiesse & Ellanse, Not Standard HA
Dr Sin Yong uses Radiesse (calcium hydroxyapatite) and Ellanse (polycaprolactone) as his primary products for nose filler — not standard HA fillers. Both provide immediate volumisation and long-term collagen stimulation for more durable results. They are injected using a direct sharp needle supraperiosteal technique.
Why Technique Matters Most
The nose is one of the highest-risk areas for filler due to its complex vasculature. Dr Sin Yong's supraperiosteal injection technique places product on the nasal bone — away from nasal arteries — significantly reducing vascular complication risk compared to mid-depth injection techniques.
Realistic Results
Non-surgical rhinoplasty can meaningfully improve nose profile, bridge height and tip refinement. It cannot reduce nose width, correct significant asymmetry or produce surgical-level results. It is best for patients with early concerns seeking enhancement.
Who Is Not Suitable?
Patients with previous nose surgery, significant asymmetry or unrealistic expectations regarding surgical correction are better referred to a plastic surgeon. Dr Sin Yong provides an honest assessment at consultation about what is and is not achievable.

Dr Sin Yong uses Radiesse and Ellanse exclusively — not HA. These biostimulator fillers provide greater cohesivity and structural support for nasal reshaping.
Direct sharp needle supraperiosteal injection — placed at bone level to minimise vascular risk. No cannula is used. Each injection is preceded by aspiration.
Radiesse: 18–24 months. Ellanse 2-year: approximately 24 months. The nose is a low-movement zone supporting longer longevity.
The nose is a high-risk zone due to rich vascular supply. Risks are minimised with supraperiosteal technique, aspiration and avoiding danger zones. Dr Sin Yong is trained in emergency management of vascular complications.
